Return and Refund Policy
Mumvia provides a straightforward, hassle-free warranty process. Warranty periods vary by product model. Warranty durations may vary by country or region. For products purchased through offline dealers, please refer to their specific after-sales warranty policies.
Products sold by Mumvia as refurbished ("pre-owned") come with their own unique warranty. For more information, please visit our Refurbished Warranty page. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable laws.
Standard Warranty Period
This limited warranty is provided by the entity listed below ("Mumvia", "we", "us") to you, the original purchaser of the products listed below (the "Product"). We warrant each product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The standard warranty period for each product in the United States is listed below. Warranty durations may vary by country, region, or for products sold through certain offline dealers. Please refer to their specific after-sales policies. If a product is not listed in the chart, please visit the product page on our official website or the MumviaDirect store on Amazon to view exact warranty information.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. This excludes corporate purchases or bulk orders, which are not eligible for a refund. (Orders of 10 or more units of the same product are considered bulk orders.)
Holiday Returns Policy
Mumvia has extended the Holiday Returns Policy for 2025. Orders purchased from Nov 10 to Dec 25, 2025 are eligible for return until Jan 31, 2026 or within 30 days from receipt, whichever is later.
Product Condition Requirements
- Products with visible wear, damage, or signs of use, as well as free gifts, are not eligible for return.
- Returns must include all original accessories.
- For "Buy One, Get One for $0.99" promotions, both items must be returned. If only one item is returned, the refund equals amount paid minus the MSRP of the $0.99 item.
- For "gift with purchase" or "spend-and-save" promotions, both the main item and the free/discounted item must be returned together. If only the main item is returned, the MSRP of the free/discounted item will be deducted.
- All returned items must be in original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
Shipping and Refund Terms
- For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid return receipt.
- For non-quality-related returns, Mumvia will only refund the product cost.
- For pre-order items, the 30-day return period begins on the shipping date, not the order date.
Notes:
- Refund requests under the 30-day money back guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this period.
- For products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Kickstarter, or through Mumvia-authorized distributors/retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
- Please contact Mumvia Customer Support before initiating a return to confirm whether a return is the best option.
Return Process
Once the returned item arrives at Mumvia's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
How to Return an Item on Mumvia.com
To initiate a return, please submit a return request. You will need your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase. If you have a Mumvia account, you can manage returns directly through your order history. If you checked out as a guest and do not have an order number, you can register with the same email address used during purchase to access order history and manage returns.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by yourself. If you are unable to cancel directly, please contact mumvia@outlook.com or initiate a return. Note: orders that have already entered shipping cannot be canceled.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?
Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Mumvia are covered by a comprehensive warranty starting from the date of purchase (see the top of this page for your product's specific warranty timeline).
Mumvia's limited warranty applies only in the country where the product was originally purchased. The warranty becomes void if the item is taken outside the country of purchase or shipped internationally from an authorized online order.
For quality-related warranty claims, replacement items will be provided as follows:
- A factory-refurbished product of equal value will be offered when available.
- If no refurbished model is available, a new item will be sent.
- If replacement is not possible or not preferred, a partial refund will be offered based on the device's usage period.
Replacement products may differ from the original item in appearance or features, and may have lower market value due to technological updates or availability changes. Mumvia will determine the most comparable replacement product at its sole discretion.
Replacement product warranties remain valid for the longer of:
- The remaining original warranty period for the defective item.
- Three months from the replacement date.

Notes:
- The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- Mumvia must document the outcome of troubleshooting steps taken by the buyer.
- The serial number of the defective item and/or clear visual evidence showing the defect is required.
- In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality inspection.
- If Mumvia requests return of the defective item, warranty on the replacement will be void if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid Proof of Purchase
- The order number and original shipping address for online purchases made through Mumvia.
- A sales invoice that includes the seller's name and the Mumvia product.
- A dated sales receipt from an authorized Mumvia reseller showing the product description and purchase price.
Note: Warranty claims for product defects must be submitted within 90 days of opening a warranty claim. We cannot process warranty claims for items that have exceeded either the original warranty period or the 90-day claim window, whichever is longer.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal aging or wear from regular use (including battery capacity reduction and color changes over time).
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Products outside the warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues reported more than 30 days after purchase.
- Free products or promotional giveaways.
- Repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
- Damage caused by external factors.
- Damage resulting from misuse (including drops, extreme temperatures, liquid damage, or improper operation).
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Unauthorized Modification & Warranty Limitation
Damage or malfunction caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or use of non-approved parts is not covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Extended Warranty
Some products are eligible for a paid extended warranty, allowing coverage extension for up to three years. This service can be purchased separately on the product page.
This extended warranty covers:
- Mechanical and internal component issues.
- Electrical malfunctions.
- Accidental damage such as drops and spills.
Note: Please read extended warranty terms, refund policies, and related information carefully before purchase.
Worry-Free Purchase
Customers can choose to purchase Worry-Free Purchase Insurance at checkout on Mumvia's official website. If the purchased item is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, compensation may be provided.
The insurance covers delayed deliveries, lost packages, and damaged packages. For full details, please refer to coverage details, compensation instructions, refund conditions, and related information on the purchase page.
Note: If shipping insurance is applied, Worry-Free Purchase coverage cannot be refunded separately. Duplicate refunds or reshipments will not be processed under this policy. Please read all applicable terms carefully before purchase.
Mumvia Is Not Liable For
- Loss of data resulting from use of Mumvia products.
- Accidental returns made by the buyer.
- Returning personal or unrelated items.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (outside the approved warranty process).
- Any losses caused by misuse of the product. Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed the original purchase price.
Notes:
- This warranty policy may be updated based on legal requirements, internal policies, or product revisions.
- This policy applies only to products purchased through official Mumvia channels. Products from unauthorized sellers are not covered. Mumvia reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy.
- Mystery box promotions and early bird campaigns are governed by their own terms and are not eligible for the general no-questions-asked return policy.
- If return items are shipped using a prepaid label provided by Mumvia as instructed, Mumvia will cover loss or damage during transit. However, Mumvia is not responsible for returns involving altered labels, incorrect items, or empty packages, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
- For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for any transit damage or loss. Mumvia does not offer refunds for items damaged in transit under non-quality-related claims.
